Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus (c. 2 BC – c. 40 AD) was a member of the imperial Julio-Claudian dynasty of Ancient Rome. Domitius was the son of Antonia Major (daughter of emperor Augustus' sister Octavia Minor and her second husband Mark Antony). He married Agrippina the Younger and became the father of the emperor Nero.

In the last year of the reign of the emperor Tiberius, 37 AD, she was accused of treason, or impiety, against the emperor (Latin: impietas in principem) along with Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus, Vibius Marsus, and Lucius Arruntius, and imprisoned by command of the senate after attempting suicide.
